About 3 minutes in the microwave. Microwaves vary, so check at 2 minutes the first time and add a little more if needed.

It is made for standard microwave ovens. Check that it fits comfortably on your turntable, follow the instructions in the box and never use it in a conventional oven or on a hob.

Toasties, wraps, paninis and quesadillas. Anything with a filling that suits a hot, crispy grill. Cheese and ham is a good place to start.

Let it cool for a few minutes first. The non-stick plates wipe clean with a damp cloth, and the grill is dishwasher safe.
