How to Initiate a Return

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

We do not offer refunds for sale items if you simply change your mind. If a sale item is faulty, damaged or materially different from it's description, your statutory rights apply.

1. Defective/Quality Issue
- Please contact us so we can arrange an exchange.
2. Change Opinion - The 30 Day Guarantee applies to items that are damaged or defective within 30 days of receiving your purchase. This does not include damage or wear from normal everyday use.
- Wrong Item Received
We’ll cover the return shipping fee and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
- Parcel Damaged in Transit
A replacement product will be shipped free of charge.
- Incorrect Shipping Information Provided

Steps to Return Your Order
- Contact Us: Email us at info@perfecttoastco.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval & Address: Our customer service team will confirm your return eligibility and provide the return address.
- Pack Your Items: Securely package the items in their original condition and include all accessories.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided and share the tracking number with us.
- Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Inspection & Refund Adjustments
If returned items show signs of use:
- 30% deduction: Visible or minor wear.
- 50% deduction: Signs of usage, including discoloration/cosmetic damage.
When will I get my refund?
This depends on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get items back to us before being processed by our returns team.
Please note:
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date that our returns team process your return and you are notified of this via email. Please note it can take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed, however, often it's much sooner.
Please ensure to retain proof of postage:
If your order has been lost in transit without sufficient proof of postage, we won't be able to process your return request. However, if you're able to provide a valid postage receipt or tracking number for your return, we'll honour your return with store credit.
Please note that any and all postage costs are non-refundable.
Recipe Guide
The Recipe Guide is a digital download and is automatically sent after purchase.
Because digital products cannot be returned, all Recipe Guide purchases are final and non-refundable once the order is completed.
If you do not receive your download, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us and we’ll help resend it.
Damaged on Arrival
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and email them to us within 5 days of receipt.
- We’ll ship a replacement free of charge. If a second defect occurs, we’ll issue a full refund.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We’re committed to resolving your issues quickly. Filing a fraudulent chargeback will be considered theft and handled accordingly. Please contact us first at info@perfecttoastco.shop to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute.
